It is so lovely now that we can really feel spring in the air. The days are now turning brighter, daffodils are appearing and the countryside is looking much more colourful. After what can be a long and dreary winter, spring time and the delight of more sunshine makes us feel so much brighter.
King Solomon lived about 3000 years ago and we can read about his life and work in the bible. God inspired him to write several books of the bible. He wrote about spring time; Song of Solomon chapter 2 verse 12; the flowers appear on the earth, the time of the singing of birds is come.
As we hear the dawn chorus in the spring mornings, we can be reminded of wise King Solomon and his timeless words. Christians believe that the bible is the word of God and relevant to everyone, including us in 2025.
